John has been a dedicated member of the La Porte County community for over 20 years. With 27 years of experience as an operator, John understands the value of hard work, accountability, and practical problem-solving. His strong work ethic and commitment to service extend beyond his profession and into his community involvement. John has served on the La Porte County Planning Commission, where he worked to ensure responsible growth and thoughtful development throughout the county. He is a strong advocate for smart infrastructure and data-driven decisions that benefit local residents. John is running to bring common sense, be a voice for working families and ensure the county is being responsible with your tax dollars.
John and his wife have been married for 34 years and have raised three children, all proud graduates of South Central High School in La Porte County. Today, John is also a proud grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren.
